For BID / RFP to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

a. Cost Per Print For Laser Printer Bid #12-SCH-87 - Contract Period is April 19, 2012 through April 16, 2015. Bid established to provide School Board with a District wide, full coverage, laser printer program agreement utilizing a District wide cost per print program that includes all printers, toner and maintenance.  Fifteen (15) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for download, two (2) bids were received, three (3) late bids and six (6) no bid.  The vendor awarded is the lowest most qualified responsive bidder meeting specifications. 

Award BID / RFP as follows:

·         Sun Print Management, 5441 Provost Drive, Holiday, FL  34690

a. Cost Per Print For Laser Printer Bid #12-SCH-87:  No direct affect on budget since cost of maintenance and toner will offset cost of purchasing printers.
